42. Present Perfect Tense
Present Perfect Tense is used to express that something happened (or never happened) before now, at an unspecified time in past. The exact time it happened is not important. Accompanied by for or since, the present perfect expresses a situation that began in the past and continuous to the present.
(+) I have stopped subscribing to that magazine
(-) I have not stopped subscribing to that magazine
(?) have I stopped subscribing to that magazine?
(+) she has delivered the pizza
(-) she has not delivered the pizza
(?) has she delivered the pizza?
